1. Mix pink with linear color and white. For example, 10%-20% red and 90%-80% white. First of all, pay attention to the light resistance of red. Because the color characteristics indicated by the ink manufacturer refer to the light resistance of the original ink, but users will color two different colors, which will reduce the light resistance of red
2. In the printing market, it is common for many printed materials to use purple. Generally, the unit price of purple ink is low, and there is no need to worry about one-sided printing. For example, when some packages need to be printed on both sides, pay special attention to the penetration of purple, because ordinary purple is permeable (01 purple will penetrate). After the finished products are made, they will be stored for a long time, and the purple on the back of printed materials will penetrate into other colors printed below, Therefore, users must consider the permeability of color when printing on both sides, and choose non permeable purple for printing to avoid loss. Other colors matched with 01 purple also have permeability
II. Film selection before printing and adhesion after printing
1. The film purchased must be tested by the steel plate spring bench fatigue tester. The surface tension of the film must reach 38 dyne (refers to the surface print), and it is best to use the corona test pen to test. Although the film is electronically processed during production (refers to the printed film), the film treatment effect will fade exponentially with the extension of storage time. The fading speed is related to the storage environment temperature, raw materials The film thickness is related to the high storage environment temperature and the fast fading speed. The film contains additives such as slip agent, plasticizer, and antistatic agent. Now many printing plants can blow the film by themselves and conduct electronic processing. However, due to the failure to master the processing procedures, with the development of China's economic construction, especially urban construction, the gap (mm), the processing voltage (.50000 V), etc, After printing, there are phenomena such as discoloration, penetration, adhesion, difficulty in slitting and difficult to uncover during use. Usually, this situation can be analyzed with a stroke of the test pen, so you must pay attention to when purchasing or blowing film
2. The printing factory is used to testing the adhesion of printed matter on the machine, that is, testing with adhesive tape while printing. In fact, this is unscientific, because the ink is not completely dry, the adhesion testing is best carried out 8 hours after printing
III. pay special attention to the temperature and humidity of the environment during and after printing to avoid increasing costs and causing waste
1. In printing, due to the volatilization of the ink solvent, the moisture in the air seeps into the ink. In addition, the ink contains a certain amount of alcohol solvent, which has affinity for water. For example, the printing plate area is small, and the ink consumption is small. Printing for a long time is easy to cause the ink gelatinization (fragrant paste). If it is not completely gelatinized, new ink can be added to remedy it, and it can be used up as soon as possible. Some users are used to leaving the ink in the ink tank after printing and waiting for the next day. The demand for light-weight and solid parts continues to increase for printing, so it is easier to absorb moisture, especially the red ink. In order not to waste, the used ink should be installed well, and the tank mouth should be tightened. The problems of gelatinization and Matt printing products are most likely to occur in months of the year. During this period, it is best to install dehumidifiers and exhaust fans to improve the printing environment
2. The finished products after printing are particularly sensitive to the temperature and humidity of the stacking environment. For example, when the printed products are handed over to the customers, the packaged ones in the early stage do not have problems, and the anti sticking phenomenon occurs when they are reused in the later stage. The main reasons are that the storage sites of finished products such as PDF, MS word, HTML and so on are: first, the temperature is high, second, the humidity is wet, and third, the stacking pressure causes the resin in the ink to soften, and the additives in the film penetrate into the oil ink to react
